1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all partnerships, collaborations, integration, and joint initiatives between Picadailys Technologies Limited (“Picadailys”) and any partner organization, financial institution, service provider, or brand (collectively referred to as “Partner”).
By entering into a partnership or collaboration with Picadailys, the Partner agrees to these Terms as a binding agreement governing roles, responsibilities, intellectual property rights, and business conduct on the Picadailys platform.
2. Purpose of the Partnership
Picadailys seeks to collaborate with trusted organizations to deliver digital, financial, and lifestyle services that enhance user experience and promote financial inclusion.
Partnerships may include, but are not limited to:
- Banking and payment integrations (e.g., virtual accounts, wallets, APIs).
- Brand advertising, marketing, and engagement programs.
- Affiliate or referral programs.
- Technical integrations or co-developed solutions.
- Merchant or vendor listings within the Picadailys ecosystem.
3. Partner Eligibility and Onboarding
To qualify as a Partner, an organization must:
- Be duly registered under Nigerian law (or its home jurisdiction, for international partners).
- Provide verifiable business and compliance documentation.
- Maintain good standing with relevant regulatory authorities.
- Execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Picadailys, where applicable.
Picadailys reserves the right to accept or decline partnership proposals at its discretion.
4. Roles and Responsibilities
Picadailys Agrees To:
- Provide the agreed platform access, API integration, or visibility as outlined in the partnership scope.
- Maintain technical support and ensure uptime as reasonably possible.
- Protect all Partner data and business information shared during the relationship.
The Partner Agrees To:
- Deliver agreed products, services, or API endpoints in a secure, compliant, and efficient manner.
- Abide by all applicable data protection, financial, and advertising regulations.
- Avoid any activity that could harm Picadailys’ reputation, users, or intellectual property.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date product or campaign information.
5. Financial and Commercial Arrangements
- All revenue sharing, commissions, or payment structures will be clearly defined in a separate partnership agreement.
- Partners must fulfill financial obligations (e.g., service fees, ad credits, commissions) within agreed time frames.
- Picadailys reserves the right to withhold payments or benefits if fraudulent or non-compliant activity is detected.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Each party retains ownership of its respective trademarks, content, software, and proprietary assets.
- The use of Picadailys’ name, logo, or brand elements requires prior written approval.
- Co-branded materials must be reviewed and approved by both parties before publication.
7. Confidentiality
Both Picadailys and the Partner agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive business, financial, or technical information exchanged during the partnership.
Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after termination of the partnership.
8. Compliance and Legal Responsibility
- All partners must comply with applicable laws, including Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations, NITDA data protection guidelines, and anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
- Picadailys may terminate any partnership found to be violating laws or engaging in unethical conduct.
9. Data Sharing and Protection
- Any data shared between Picadailys and its partners will be used strictly for the purpose defined in the partnership agreement.
- Both parties agree to implement adequate data security measures to prevent unauthorized access, breaches, or misuse.
10. Termination of Partnership
Either party may terminate the partnership by giving written notice (typically 30 days) if:
- The other party breaches any term of this agreement.
- Regulatory or reputational risks arise.
- Business objectives of the partnership are no longer viable.
Upon termination, both parties must:
- Cease use of each other’s trademarks, APIs, or materials.
- Settle any outstanding payments or obligations.
- Return or delete confidential information as required.
11. Limitation of Liability
Picadailys shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the partnership, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation between the parties.
- If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to mediation or arbitration in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
- The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
13. Amendments
Picadailys reserves the right to update or amend these Terms periodically.
Notice of changes will be communicated through email or published on the official website. Continued partnership after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

- You agree that Picadailys is not a bank or financial institution but operates as a digital platform working with licensed providers.
- Transaction history can be viewed within the app. Please verify all details before confirming a transaction.
5. Fees and Charges
Certain transactions may attract processing fees, which will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation. Picadailys reserves the right to modify its fee structure as needed, with reasonable notice provided via the app or website.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In cases of failed or duplicate transactions, eligible refunds will be processed within 0–48 hours after verification.
7. Reward System
Picadailys users can earn points, bonuses, and cash back through specific activities.
- Rewards have no cash value unless redeemed as stated in the app.
- Points may expire or be adjusted if misuse or fraud is detected.
- Picadailys reserves the right to modify reward rates, terms, or available options without prior notice.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use Picadailys for money laundering, fraud, or illegal transactions.
- Exploit app features through hacking, manipulation, or automation.
- Misrepresent themselves or submit false information.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
9. Third-Party Services

Terms and Conditions - Brand Advertisement, Engagement and Task Participation
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern how brands, advertisers, and users engage with the Picadailys platform for promotional campaigns, advertising content, and reward-based tasks.
By participating in campaigns, completing branded tasks, or running ads through the Picadailys platform, all parties agree to abide by these Terms, in addition to the Picadailys General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
- “Advertiser” “Business” or “Brand” – Any company, business, or organization promoting its products or services on Picadailys.
- “User” – A registered Picadailys user who interacts with, completes, or engages with brand-related content or tasks.
- “Task” or “Engagement” – Any activity, challenge, or campaign a user performs for reward points or incentives.
- “Reward” – Points, Airtime, Data, Vouchers, or other benefits earned from participating in tasks or campaigns.
3. Brand Advertising on Picadailys
- Brands can advertise on Picadailys using models such as:
- Pay Per Engagement (PPE) – payment when users like, comment, share, or follow brand content.
- Pay Per Action (PPA) – payment when users complete specific actions (e.g., signup, download, purchase).
- Pay Per View (PPV) – payment based on video or ad views for a specific duration.
- Pay Per Click (PPC) – payment per ad click leading to a website or offer.
- All advertising content must comply with Nigerian laws, digital marketing regulations, and Picadailys’ content standards.
- Picadailys reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove any ad or campaign that violates these standards or contains misleading, harmful, or offensive material.
4. User Engagement and Task Participation
- Users may voluntarily participate in brand tasks, challenges, or campaigns listed on Picadailys.
- Participation must follow the stated task guidelines (e.g., share content, complete a form, visit a website, attend an event, etc.).
- Rewards are issued only after successful completion and verification of the task as defined by Picadailys’ tracking and validation system.
- Picadailys reserves the right to verify task authenticity before reward approval.
- Multiple or fraudulent task entries using fake accounts, bots, or automation tools will lead to disqualification and possible account suspension.
5. Reward System
- Users earn points or monetary rewards for valid engagements or completed tasks.
- Points and rewards have no cash value until redeemed through approved channels in the Picadailys app.
- Rewards may be delayed or withheld if campaign verification is incomplete or disputed by the advertiser.
- Picadailys is not liable for delays caused by external partners or advertisers in confirming valid completions.
6. Advertiser Responsibilities
- Advertisers must ensure all promotional content is accurate, lawful, and non-deceptive.
- Advertisers agree not to request or promote activities that violate privacy, data protection, or intellectual property laws.
- Payments for campaigns and engagements must be made in advance through verified payment channels.
- Advertisers shall not directly contact users outside the Picadailys platform for campaign purposes without consent.
- Political and Religious Ad campaigns are prohibited.
7. User Conduct
Users must not:
- Use fake identities, multiple accounts, or misleading tactics to complete tasks.
- Post or share offensive or inappropriate content under Picadailys campaigns.
- Interfere with other users’ engagement or manipulate campaign results.
Violations may lead to loss of rewards, account suspension, or permanent ban.
8. Verification and Dispute Resolution
- Picadailys’ internal tracking system determines whether a task or engagement is valid.
- In case of disputes (e.g., unpaid tasks or invalid engagements), users or advertisers may contact ads@picadailys.com with evidence.
- Picadailys will review and respond to all disputes within 48 hours.
- The platform’s decision after investigation shall be final.
9. Limitation of Liability
Picadailys acts as a facilitator between users and advertisers.
We are not liable for:
- Any loss resulting from brand offers, campaign errors, or third-party platforms.
- Misuse of brand content or delayed confirmations caused by advertisers.
- Technical interruptions, network errors, or system downtime during campaigns.
10. Intellectual Property
- All brand logos, images, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
- Users grant Picadailys permission to display completed tasks, leader-boards, or promotional results for marketing purposes.
11. Policy Updates
Picadailys may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in policy, law, or platform improvements. Updated versions will be published on our website and app. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
